Today (29 January 2025), Maj. Gen. Atsadawut Panyarachun, Commander of the 9th Infantry Division and Commander of the Surasee Task Force, revealed that he had been informed by an intelligence operation team that there would be a network of illegal alien labor smuggling and drug smuggling in the border area of Thong Pha Phum District, Kanchanaburi Province. He therefore ordered relevant agencies to jointly patrol and strictly inspect the area of Tha Pha Om Suk Pier, Village 7, Huai Khayeng Subdistrict, Thong Pha Phum District, Kanchanaburi Province.
